Clinical Legal Studies

The Clinical Legal Study Program helps the new entrants in the legal profession to know the practical aspect of the profession, further serving the Bar, Bench and Public at large. At the College the students are taught by enthusiastic, highly skilled lecturers. They bring a means of experience in legal practice.

Alternate Dispute Resolution

Alternate Dispute Resolution or ADR, as it is more commonly known, means the wide variety of methods by which conflicts and disputes are resolved out of court. Quaid-e-Azam Law College Lahore is the first ever law college in Pakistan introducing ADR as a part of its course curriculum from the session of 02-03.

The notion that most people want roved judges, well dressed lawyers and fine court room settings to resolve disputes is not correct. People with problems, like people with pains, want relief and they want it as quickly and inexpensively as possible.

International Humanitarian Laws

The QLC has designed a course which is related to International humanitarian law (IHL). The course offers the study, related to the regulation of the conduct of armed conflicts. It s one of the aspect of  international law which seeks to limit the effects of armed conflict by protecting persons who are not or no longer participating in hostilities, and by restricting and regulating the means and methods of warfare available to combatants.

Banking Laws

Banking law is there to give the students’ knowledge about the state and federal regulations governing financial institutions. The students of banking law will be able to handle everything from customer disputes and complaints against a bank. It involves complex litigation between domestic and foreign institutions, their investors, the government, and other parties. However, most banking law attorneys are hired to provide advice concerning regulatory compliance.

Besides the course which the QLC is offering, it also offers foreign faculty and students exchange programs as well. Quaid e Azam Law College has an important International dimensions to its activities. It also has launched a Foreign Faculty and Student Exchange Program which is mainly in collaboration with the United States Top Universities.
